As many may have read, the war crimes tribunal that has been set up to try leaders and du’aat of Islam in Bangladesh has been exposed some days ago for being biased and breaching rules in relation to confidentiality and political influence. This court was planning to issue death sentences to many of the leaders/du’aat by the end of December.

    This is a must read for all brs. The Economist has published damning details of corruption in the trial of leaders of Da’wah in Bangladesh. This has led to the leading judge resigning. Plz read and share with others and also leave comments below the article.
