I begin with the Name of Allaah, the Most Merciful, the One who Bestows His Mercy. Indeed all Praise is due to Allaah alone. Indeed All Praise is due to the One who created us out of nothing. And then fashioned us into human beings. Indeed all Praise is due to Allaah, the King and the Master, The One in who’s hand is the Dominion and All Praise.
I would like to start off this post with the Most noble words of the beloved Messenger, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad ibn ‘Abdillaah, SalAllaahu ‘Alayhi wa Sallam that ‘None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself’ (Narrated by Al Bukhaari and Muslim). And subhanAllaah how true this statement of our beloved Prophet is. The love that is between the believers is something that is great; something that has been instilled for the sake of Allaah. How many a time can we recall that we have met such and such person, who we do not know very well at all, but yet there is a love that we have for them. A love that is binding because it is built on Tawheed; because it is a love that is built upon the love of Allaah subhanhu wa ta’aala. How many a time is it that we do not know a person, and we have not seen a person, nor have we spoken to a person, but we love them dearly for the sake of Allaah. We love them as if they are our own, because in fact they are our own. They are our brothers. They are our sisters.
I remember when I first came across a group of sisters who I had never met but had heard of. Yes I had heard of them. When I went to first meet these sisters, I was taken aback by the Sisterhood that was amongst them. Most of them were much older than me but when I met them I automatically harboured in my heart a special love for them. These sisters looked like me, they dressed like me and automatically I felt yes they are my people. I felt like they were part of me and that I was one of them. SubhanAllaah, why was this? It is because of the love that we had for the sake of Allaah. Words cannot describe the characteristics of these Muslims. For their Adaab was amazing and their determination and strength was on another level. The closer I became to them the more I loved them.
Islaam is a religion whereby the love between the Muslims is something so immense. It is true to say that it as though no one can feel the sweetness of Eemaan that we are feeling. And you will find that there will always be a person or a certain group of people, who come into our lives and changes it completely for the good. No actually let me rephrase that. They are not people but rather they are believers. They are ambassadors to Islaam. They are ambassadors to the One true religion of Allaah subhanahu wa ta’aala. They are the ones who because of them, you are feeling the sweetness of Eemaan. You meet and greet with them for the sake of Allaah. You work with them for the sake of Allaah. You spend time with them for the sake of Allaah. They are Believers that are firm on their path and will never let anything get in their way and these are the believers you aim to be around. You want to be as determined as them, if not more. They are the ones that constantly remind you of Allaah. SubhanAllaah. I’m sure all of us have come across these special people, or are yet to come across them. They are the ones who patiently taught you the deen of Allaah, they taught you how to conduct yourself as a Muslim, and they are the ones who pushed you and taught you to always have high aspirations in Islaam. Because of them you saw the abundance of so much goodness and because of these people you became attached to the deen of Allaah. MashaAllaah la quwwatta illa billaah.
And how many a time do we think of those believers, and we think of those people who Allaah loves and as a result of that love of Allaah, everything in the heavens and the earth loves them. For it is true that this is the case. And how sad is it when we have to let go of some of those believers, not all, but some, because ultimately everyone has to go their separate ways. Sometimes it’s hard to let go of those believers who had such an impact in your life, but you know it’s the time whereby you have to let go and move on and make du’a that Allaah unites you with your beloved brother and sister in Islaam in Jannah. And that He envelopes you in His Mercy and he allows you to be from one of those 7 under the shade of His subhanahu wa ta’aala’s throne because you only meeted and greeted and loved one another for the sake of Allaah.
And this is the love of the believer to another believer. It is a love that will unite them in their final abode through the permission of Allaah. This is the beauty of Islaam; that regardless of what your race or colour is, you are One united brotherhood standing under the banner of Laa ilaha illallaah. And this is only the case with Islaam. This love can only be found in Islaam. I ask Allaah to grant my beloved brothers and sisters whom I love for the sake of Allaah, Jannah tul Firdaws. Aameen.
And may the words of the Noble Uncreated book of Allaah serve as a reminder to us that:
“The believers, men and women, are Auliyâ’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another; they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma‘rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islâm has forbidden); they perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give the Zakât, and obey Allâh and His Messenger. Allâh will have His Mercy on them. Surely Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise” [At-Tawbah 9:71]
We ask Allaah to have Mercy on us. Aameen. Thumma Aameen.

Beautifully written mashaAllaah, what emanates from the heart, reaches the heart. wAllaahu akbaar.
Indeed Allaah is The Best of Planners, everyone that we meet in our lives and lifetime has a reason behind it and once that reason is fulfilled we move on. That is the cycle of life.
May Allaah reunite us with those that we meet for His sake and depart for His sake in Jannatul firdous, aameen.
